It has been a while since my last post! So much has happened at the end of the year and the beginning of the new year. First of all Luna came to live with us, a beautiful Maine Coon kitten. But also we had to say goodbye to my sister who passed away at the end of December. She had been ill for a while but it still was unexpected. We will miss her so much.
Plans
All the plans that I had for Christmas and the New Year didn’t work out. Just starting to feel more relaxed and inspired to create things again. I posted little to nothing on Instagram and didn’t feel like being creative at all. I used to post a photo almost every other day for the last 6 years. My head was just too full with other things as you can probably imagine. Still haven’t been as active as I used to be and I am trying to get back in the flow again.
Back to WordPress
Squarespace hosted my blog for a year, but I decided to move it back to WordPress again. I can be more creative with the design and change the look & feel so much better now. I found that more difficult on Squarespace and no plugins was also what I was missing a lot. So happy to have better control over my website again. When all the events were happening I was still moving the blog to the new host, so the that is why the website has been offline for a while. I am so glad to be back online!
A new member of the family: Luna
Also we got a Maine Coon kitten in the end of December, she is so sweet and makes our lives a little brighter. Our 12 year old cat Monja died last summer and we were missing her (still are) like crazy. Maine Coons are the dogs in the cat world. They are always around looking what you are doing, welcoming visitors to your home and very friendly. After some time we decided we really would like to get another Maine Coon. A long story short, we found Luna, and we are over the “moon” happy with her. She is beautiful and has a great character. She is very playful and has these wild moods, no plant is safe anymore when she is like that and neither are the curtains. Some plants didn’t make it and the curtains are torn but we don’t care, she is just so adorable.
I am planning to shoot some videos of her, she is so funny when she does backflips and all crazy stuff while playing.
In the meantime I will work on this website, that is still not totally finished, so stay tuned for updates!
